Cancellation Policy
How to cancel AMGlide Pro, and what happens after.
AMGlide is free today, and nothing can be bought yet. AMGlide Pro is not on sale. This page describes how Pro will be billed when it is, so you can read the terms before anything is offered.
Cancel anytime
Cancel anytime. Your Pro access remains active until the end of your paid billing period. After that, your account moves to Free.
How to cancel
When Pro is on sale, you will be able to cancel from your account’s billing settings, or by writing to support@amglide.com. There are no calls to make, no forms to post and no offers you must turn down first. You will receive a confirmation, and nothing more will be charged.
What happens after
- Nothing further is charged, and the subscription won’t renew.
- Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Your account then moves to Free, and every free tool keeps working.
- Your saved data is not deleted because Pro ended. Pro-only features stop until you subscribe again.
If a payment fails
If a renewal payment fails, Pro stays active for 7 days while the payment is retried or you update your payment method. After 7 days without payment, your account moves to Free, as if you had cancelled.
Refunds
Cancelling stops future charges. Whether a charge already made can be refunded is set out in the Refund Policy.
