Good to know
The honest limits, before you spend time on a file
MP3, or the original track
Convert to MP3 re-encodes the sound at the quality you choose, from 128 to 320 kbps. Extract original audio copies the video's own sound track out without re-encoding it, keeping that track's format — often AAC rather than MP3.
Videos without sound
If a video has no sound track, AMGlide says so instead of making an empty file.
Older formats
Files such as AVI, FLV or WMV that this browser can't read directly can be made compatible first, in the same tab.
Limits
Videos up to 1 GB. The MP3 encoder runs in the page as WebAssembly. It needs a browser that can decode audio — current Chrome and Edge can; if yours can't, this page says so before you choose a file.
