Good to know
What AMGlide reads
Structure, not meaning: the format a file really is rather than what its name says, its size, its dimensions or length, how many pages it has and whether it has sound. It doesn't know what your document is about, and it doesn't try to.
Why the list is short
Actions are filtered by what the file supports before you see them, and ranked from what AMGlide measured. A 42-page PDF never shows video tools; an old video format leads with making it playable.
Typed requests
Type what you need — “under 10 MB and convert to MP4” — and AMGlide lays out the steps before anything runs, then carries the file from one to the next.
Where it happens
Reading, planning and the work itself all happen in this browser tab. On this site, the tools that run here are offered; the ones that need the AMGlide extension are named as such, never shown as a button that won't work.
Keeping a request for next time
Saved workflows are part of the AMGlide extension, which keeps them on your device. This site keeps none of your requests between visits.
