Write to support@amglide.com. One address covers everything: questions before you use or buy AMGlide, help with a tool, billing, refunds and cancellation, privacy requests, and reports of misuse.
- Say which tool, page or extension feature you were using, and your browser.
- Don’t send a file unless we ask for one: AMGlide’s tools work on your device, and most problems can be solved without it.
- For billing, write from the email address you used to buy.
Who you are talking to
AMGlide is the product and the name you see on this site and in the browser extension. Once Pro is on sale, charges, invoices and refunds will be handled by the payment provider acting as Merchant of Record, and billing questions can still be sent to the address above.
