Convert a table to Markdown
Turn rows and columns into a Markdown table you can paste into docs, without uploading them.
The text is read in this browser tab and kept only while the page is open. Nothing is uploaded or stored.

How it works
Three steps, all in your browser
- Step 1Paste the tableCSV, TSV or another delimiter, or open a file
- Step 2Check the columnsNamed from its header, or by you
- Step 3Copy the MarkdownA header row, a divider, one line per row
Good to know
The honest limits, before you spend time on it
What counts as a table
Rows split the same way on every line — by commas, tabs or another delimiter used throughout. If AMGlide can't find a table like that, it says so and writes nothing.
The header row
If the first row is a header, it becomes the Markdown header. If not, the columns are called Column 1, Column 2 and so on, and you can name them before converting.
Characters that would break it
A | inside a cell is written as \| so it stays in its cell, and a line break inside a cell becomes a space. Rows with more or fewer cells than the header wait in Needs Review.
Limits
Up to 1,000,000 characters of text, or a text file up to 2 MB.
Beyond this one task
Give AMGlide the text. It works out the rest.
Smart Drop reads what you brought and suggests what fits — then carries it into the next step without asking for it again.
